i seem to be locked out of my hotmail account. I have tried using the 'forgot your password' but for some reason it still wont let me in. Any ideas please, i really need to access it due to some emails im recieving.
A contact email or anything like that?

If you are sure you have the correct username/password/secret answer and it is still not accepting them then it is quite possible that you account has been compromised.

Contact Hotmail about it.

I had exactly the same problem. After sending them a webnote, they got back to be within about 12 hours to the email address of my choice, and it was just a case of answering a few questions to prove I was me and they reset my password.

Better than worse than useless I'd say

microsoft duh it sucks try gmail.
