The online racing simulator
you really need to open up you pc and see the slots that ur mobo has as i just thought i could be wrong im not expert but you may have AGP onboard GFX and thats what that program is telling you

this is what a PCIE card and slot looks like and how it should be installed, when i wake up ill write how to do it but first find out what slot u have!

PCIE slot not in use

Used

standard PCIE GFX cards

hope that helps ya but if ur going to upgrade get a good second hand one like the Nvida one that i show with the fan i got it for 2 pounds and its a 256mb that would do u just fine it works well and runs LFS at 120fps
I hope these pics are sourced online. The inside of my PC is nowhere near as clean as that

Edit: if ive looked at it right then im guessing my computer has a PCIE x16 slot (The orange bit)
Thats an AGP slot, I'd call it brown.

Look to see if you have a free 4pin power connector. You can see the blue RAM slot, looks like you have 1 free.

They look like this - http://www.highpowersupply.com/icon/4piny.jpg

My old SLI PCI-E motherboard, see the higher orange one and lower blue one. It is much longer and notice the short first bit then longer second bit.

...and the dust is horrendous, you should be ashamed. It will be VERY tight if you put a better card in, they are much bigger that your current one, you might have trouble.

The power supply cables, some cards need added power so you need to see if you have one free, the bigger one in the picture.

Quote from Migz :well ive never ever ever ever opened it up so thats why theres lots of dust

If you get a can of compressed air and blast all that dust out of there, you're likely to pick up a few FPS. The heatsink with the black fan on it on your motherboard is the CPU, and as you can see, it's clogged with dust, which is severely hampering airflow. That means that when you're running LFS (which is likely using close to 100% of your processor) you are likely heating your CPU much more that it would if it had good ventilation. As chips get hotter, they tend to run less efficiently. It wouldn't likely be noticeable, but you really should clean it out anyway. I've seen computers with that much dust that couldn't run games without getting errors or even shutting off altogether.

blow on it lol, i did know when i lived in the uk but now i cant remember its being 6 months try B&Q think they will have it if not try the other hardware store i cant remember its name but its like usualy across the road. cheapo car modding shops may have or a model shop should if not good old ebay always will have it

hope it helps
Quote from Migz :And where can i get a compressed can of air? B&Q? Could i just not get a cloth and run it over some of the dustiest components? While being careful to not break anything?

No, you'll never get any dust out that way. You can pick up a can of air in the PC section at WalMart for about 5-6 bucks. Spray EVERYTHING thoroughly until you get all the dust out.
