Hey guys... just bought S3 license, but when I tried to enter the game, it said it wants some "20 character unlock code". The email i'm using here is so old, that it's literally not even active anymore, and I cant change it to my new one. Can someone help me activate my game, PLEASE? I can send pictures of proof that I own this profile and that I bought the S3 license..

You can set your new email by there. Now, because you cannot access your old email, you have to wait for 7 days before you can set your new email. After that, you can set a unlock code also from that page, which will be sent to your new email

Why you have to wait 7 days? It's for security reasons, without that, it would be much easier to change emails and passwords instantly, which would allow another person to steal your account, and your license.

this cant be real... i swear i literally paid for this with my last money from my debit card and now i cant even play, im super mad right now

I understand your frustration, but in one week, you will be able to reset your e-mail, send an unlock code to your new address and then play S3 forever.

At least you will change to a functioning e-mail address for the future.

It was a risky move to buy anything with a non-functional email.
The extra delay is understandably annoying but without that option it would be worse.

I didn't even knew they implemented this stuff... I was on S1 and Demo mostly, also why do I need to WAIT 7 DAYS for something I HAVE BOUGHT ? What is all that "security" like its my FB account...Literally killed my whole mood for the night now.

That doesn't help bro, when my account wasnt stolen. This is literally a waste of time, nobody cares about my account that it's willing to steal it. I want to play the game that i paid for !

You can read the explanation why in the thread I linked. If an attacker managed to log in by finding out someone's web password, they were able to just change the e-mail address to their own and the original user was not able to recover their account anymore.

Either way, I really hope Scawen to respond, and fix the issue. I play this game since i can remember, yes it was mostly cracked, but finally i managed to be able to buy S3 and give support to the developers, and this is what i get ?! I was looking at online player count and was hoping to play with some of my friends...

This is not an issue to fix, it is a security measure to protect people's accounts. Wait for a week, then change your e-mail address and then you will be able to play.
