Does anyone know how the main hotlap Rank Nations list is calculated? My country (Ireland) is not listed.

So that's top10 fastest for a given car/track combination?

yes, top 1 is worth 10 points, and top 10 is worth 1 point.

you can guess what's inbetween, 1, 2, 3, etc

there are some easy top 10's if u search enough, most rockingham oval arent rlly hard to get top 10 at,
with proper setup and atleast trying to copy what wr's did (like 2 laps or even 3 laps on records)

usually reverse combos are also (generally) easier to enter top 10.

Is it just the 18 MHR combos?

For the MHR yes, for the Nutter rank it counts all combos.
