can anyone help me? [locked out of server after pressing enforce cars]
ok so, i was in my S2 server that i created. I pressed "Options" on the host leaderboard. i pressed "in-force cars" and it activated S3 mode and locked me out of my server. Now i cant create a new server until it is closed.

can anyone help me?

If you created the server in-game for free, it is just a temporary server. Base rule is that it will keep running as long as there are people racing on it. The host will shut down after being empty for 5 minutes (or when you click the "end host" button on the main menu, but that is not applicable in your case).
