I recently bought the s3 and I have seen many motorcycles I thought they would have a similar handling to cars but it is not like that, so please if you tell me or teach me how to at least make motorcycles move, thanks :3

Motorcycle gearboxes are a bit different - you must shift down in order to get into 1st gear.

Once you get going, you will notice that at low speeds, you control the bikes handlebars directly, but once you get up to speed, you control the lean of the bike instead. This means you need to be more gentle with the steering and start steering a bit earlier than you'd expect.

I use a XBOX360 controller:
RT GAZ
LT BRAKE
LB CLUTCH
RB HORN
UP RESET
A HANDBRAKE (REAR BRAKE)
B GEAR UP
X GEAR DOWN
LEFT AXIS for STEERING

I play on keyboard and it's more uncomfortable, but for now I'm saving for a steering wheel, I'd have to see a cheaper one

Until you save up for the wheel you could try using mouse, both to steer and throttle/brake.

step by step on how to do that;

vas a ir a opciones>controles>
1) cliqueas en volante/joystick
2) siguiente das click en ejes/ff
3) click en eje combinado
4) das click al lado de direccion (en mi captura dice raton x, en tu perspectiva habría un guión)
5) seleccionas mouse x a la derecha (esto va a permitir que puedas usar la direccion con el mouse de manera longitudinal)

ahora opcional, podes tambien hacer click abajo de dirección, y dar click a la derecha en mouse Y
(Esto te va a permitir acelerar con el movimiento vertical del mouse)

Esto va a necesitar practica para acostumbrarse, pero es una muy buena alternativa mientras esperas tu nuevo volante
