Race statistics / RTFR .mpr folder / Event rating and other statistics (will be updated later this week)

Size similar to XFR,weight similar to FZ5,drivetrain configuration of RAC - these are the key features of the car used in RTFR yesterday, which is a beefed up version of a compact car to make a track day car while keeping it road legal. That resulted in a slight mixup between drivers - some had more struggle with the car, some were able to adapt to it right away. There is one statistic that was almost repeated from 315th RTFR - the same number of drivers qualified, started and finished (or at least completed full 50% to get classified) the race, but unlike 8 weeks ago, these were exactly the same drivers and the count was 3 lower, still setting all time 2nd best finishing percentage - 100% with 24 drivers.

During qualifying also the 15 race rating and current season standings leader Gábor had some struggles before finding the pace to qualify 3rd,but it took just 4 laps for him to improve his position to the leading one - by crossing the finish line first, the hungarian started his 5th winning streak in RTFR. Gábor scored his 28th RTFR race win,24th fastest lap of the race and 54th top5 finish. Mantas was one of those who found common language with the car very early and led standings of the qualifying session since his 1st proper lap to score his 2nd pole position and 40th pole position for Lithuania. However during the race he had problems with overall pace and had to concede the race lead, finishing 2nd with over 3 seconds gap to winner - that's his 12th top5 finish. P.Koivunen finished 3rd,scoring his best result in RTFR this year, breaking his 3-race 6th place finishing streak - 1st top5 in this scored season,6th overall for the finn. He was closelly folloved by 2 teammates of the winner - Unite finished 4th,scoring his 75th top5 finish,R.Kardol closed the top5 to take home the 83rd top5 finish.

VOD at Youtube:

Next week RTFR will offer the longer version of itself - the 83rd RTFR XL will be run in Aston's Historic configuration in reversed direction with the rear engined LFS original GTR car FZR. But between now and then RGE will offer 2 other events - on sunday VERL will have it's 2023 season finale in Westhill, but on the next day Retro Cup will host it's warm up round. In 2 weeks RTFR will return with a slick tyre cars race - which and where can be found out when listening to broadcasters of yesterday's race or simply wait for full info on the weekend before it.
