Not sure if this has been posted before, but how about like as live lap delta, much like you see in iRacing or Gran Turismo etc.

Not sure how difficult this would be to implement but I think it would be a nice feature.

You can try a 3rd party app Monitor: https://www.lfs.net/forum/thread/99048-%22Monitor%22----your-time-engineer--%28-%C2%A9-KingOfIce-app-%29 It claims to have time and speed deltas.

I don't think it works in the way lazy used to work. Be nice to have something built in that can give a live delta compared to either your PB or session best etc
