The online racing simulator
A Koenigsegg One:1 mod with License: CC Attribution
It appears legal, this guy make different models with blender, if you take a look here : https://assettocorsa.club/mods/auto/koenigsegg-one-1.html this is asseto corsa mod, there is not grid in front of the car modelized (in asseto)interior is not the same too, that's why it appears legal, if you want input this model in lfs, first you need reduce poly with decimate tools, or use this model for making your own, you have the shape etc, if the model is too close with the real car, maybe the car can't be accepted... After you need import object with lfs editor Wink there is a complete tutorial here =>https://en.lfsmanual.net/wiki/LFS_Editor

I hope that can be help you Wink

That really helpful! Thanks
Hard to believe that 3 developers can made such good software to do this!

> first you need reduce poly with decimate tools, or use this model for making your own
i didn't have experience with blender, not sure if I can do it

> if the model is too close with the real car, maybe the car can't be accepted..
The boundary is hard to say.

Interesting thing worth a try
Try to make a basic square car to learn and understand, work hard and you might progress! Blender is not hard to learn, there is a lot of tutorial on internet! Or you can create the car on lfs editor, the software is really nice!
Well, I'm not sure how long it'll take me to finish, If someone is familiar with blender maybe NENE87 :)please help to submit it to LFS

I want to know Is it legal to use in LFS?
If not, how should I make this car "alive" in LFS?
Using blender draw it again from a picture by myself?
Please point me how to make a legal mod for LFS.

Thanks.

This model seems to be derived from other games. sketchfab has a lot of pirated models that can also see the license (before the administrator removes it), so you need to identify them carefully. The two models I have downloaded from this site are pirated, and I have been afraid to download models. Now I can do it myself
There is too much tris, i doubt this derived from other game. You do make also physic, not only graphical car. If you want that car, please make it or import it! Just do it. If you want help, watch tutorial on youtube before contact me Wink

Respect that!
@nikopdr
Wow! Good to know, thanks.
I see the Approved field is "NO",
but we can still download it in LFS.
So what is "Approved" mean?
I will quote the Vehicle Mod Guidelines:

Quote : Getting your Vehicle Mod approved
7.1 Once your first Vehicle Mod submission is published it will have an UNAPPROVED status.
7.2 UNAPPROVED Vehicle Mods can be used online in LFS, but only on hosts that have the "allow unapproved mods" feature enabled.
7.3 All S3 licensed users can rate your Vehicle Mod for overall quality, technical quality, graphical quality, physics quality and engine sound quality.
7.4 When at least 60* people have rated your mod and all ratings have at least achieved 4 stars your mod will be eligible to become APPROVED. You do not have to do anything for this, except make improvements to your Vehicle Mod in order to gain the required level of quality.
7.5 Live for Speed reserves the right to change these approval requirements at any moment.
7.6 Once the required level of quality is attained, the team of reviewers will perform one more review of your Vehicle Mod. If it passes all requirements stated in section 5 plus additional technical checks, your mod will be approved.
7.7 After your Vehicle Mod has gained its APPROVED status, you can continue to update and improve your mod, using the Vehicle Mod submission form and self-publication.
7.8 Your Vehicle Mod can lose its APPROVED status if its quality is decreased by updates after approval.
7.9 Live for Speed reserves the right to revoke your ability to submit Vehicle Mods if the self-publication process is abused or used to introduce regulation breaching aspects to your Vehicle Mod.

Once a mod is approved, it will appear in the approved filters in the list of mods, which is the default.

*Having at least 60 ratings is not a strict rule nowadays.

Also, there is a mod approval checklist for mod authors: https://www.lfs.net/forum/thread/102659-Mod-approval-checklist
