any way to play older lfs multiplayer without master server.
since master servers are gone on old lfs versions from lfs archives. I was wondering if theres any way to play mutiplayer in it. By that I mean creating a LAN server that can be played from anywhere , just like minecraft lan sharing with that ngrok program Big grin

Game version: LFS_DT_0_2F from https://www.lfs.net/archive

0.2F does still connect to the master server so you should be able to use it for multiplayer. The person hosting opens a server port in their router, directing the selected port number to the hosting computer's local IP address.

Welp. I tried but I was stuck on an infinite "connecting to master server" screen.
I know you know alot about Lfs (well cause you're a dev)
Could it be because i'm using windows 10??
You need to set the correct master server IP address, which you can get by typing, in a cmd prompt:
ping master.lfs.net
or:
nslookup master.lfs.net

You can see the IP then and type that into the multiplayer screen.
