Hi there.
I want to play with my friend on a public server made by me..
I downloaded LFS Dedicated server program from LFS.net
so i downloaded it.. configured it. started it.. but when i try to connect to the server i made.. it tells "Connection Timed out" and on the dedicated server windows tells "Guest wants to join" so what's the problem ?

Follow the steps:

1- Be sure both TCP and UDP ports are opened
2- Be sure there's no firewall blocking the connection
3- Be sure, if applied, the port forward is correct to the host
4- Check for internet issues
5- Check if the server is visible on main list. If not, it's probably related to items 1, 2 or 3.
6- I'm not saying that's what happening, but this error is common on players trying to open cracked servers by IP. If it's your case, at least dont come to the official forum requesting help.
