you can try to change the ports.

1) open ports in your router, example:
/insim=15500
/port=15001
in this example you must open the Port 15000 (TCP and UDP) and 15001 (TCP and UDP)

2) you must create a new rules in your firewall (on your computer) to open the ports in your firewall, 15000 (TCP and UDP) and 15001 (TCP and UDP)

3) you must also create a new rule in your firewall (on your computer) to authorize the LFS program in your firewall (DCon.exe)

You are using a dedi? Try using the one integrated in lfs 'start new host' may help.
Maybe you can visit one of us when we online.

Maybe we can use teamviewer so i can take a look and set server up.

You don't give answers to our questions.
What is strange is that the user "Imoke" never was online on any server. I guess you use other account?
Here is an example of portforwarding you don't need to forward as many as I did.

Give you're server an static ip so it doesn't change ip.

In setup file there is no need to fill in IP adress

This is what I have

// optional: InSim port
/insim=29996

// optional: local specified ip address
//ip=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

// a high number below 65536
/port=63394
