1) go to offline game
2) choose any car
3) exit that mode
4) go online and connect to any server but dont join
5)leave the server
6) go back to offline mode - NO CAR visible you choosed before

Is this a bug or just a feature?

Well it always saves the last used car, and when you join the server where the currently selected car (from hotlapping) is not allowed, it selects nothing.
So it's a feature
