I searched the forum but couldn't find any information, I'm trying to assign look left and look right onto the 2 analogue shoulder buttons of an Xbox360 pad.

Currently the L and R buttons are being used for changing gears, the 2 analogue buttons are read as a single analogue axis - they clearly work within the LFS button config screen (because you can see them moving on the right) - yet if I configure "look heading" to use this axis nothing happens when I push down the buttons.

Does anyone have any ideas?

i got that problem too. i think its a bug as lfs is for pc really

No that should work. But you must also assign the look function to AXIS.

Options... View... Look function : AXIS

(I just tested by assiging my X-axis - steering wheel - to Look Heading - it worked)
