It would be easy if you just explain your issue here and there would be more people able to help

when i create server none can join...when somebody want to conect writes --CONNECT TIME OUT.........i dont know the problemm!!!!

Have you made sure the correct ports are opened ? It worked for me

No i dont know how to open port ??

I install pf config now i get tcp and udp values..what next

have you checked out http://www.portforward.com/ and looked up your router ? when i hosted my server from home i was on BT so i used a homehub and there was a tab just for what they called "app sharing" or something like that.
