i was in a custom layout once and it had extra and bigger ramps...
in the lfs menu when i go to make a custom layout its only Ramp1 a small (1 tyre sized) ramp...
when can i find another ramp? :S

edit some ramps were high to bigger jumps also..

It isn't anywhere. But you can build a wider ramp by placing several ramps one next to each other.

The developers want to improve the autocross system at some point but nobody knows when.

yea ok..i've already done that...but how can i raise the ramp to make a higher jump :S

By directly modifying the layout file, unfortunately you have to raise it at least 6 metres or it'll automatically be placed on the ground.
