Sprint Cars Road to Knoxville
Hey, was looking on my steam today and noticed this game is going for only $10

Was wondering if it is worth the 10 bucks anyone know?

Based on IGN reviews this game is a bit to hard and "sim" like...dont know if I would like to trust that lol

I suspect the handling will be like any of their games, a bit vague and twitchy. The roads always seem to be silky smooth and then for fun you will encounter random bumps, that aren't there every lap, just to catch you off guard.
Don't get it! I used to have the PS2 version of this and the handling was horrible, really poor game.
i had it once, but i sucked cause i was only like 7 or 8.
I tried the demo back when it first came out and I thought it was horrible. If you want a dirt racing game, I'd pick up DTR2 instead, also for $10(plus shipping).

I wouldn't say its an all out sim, but its one of the best dirt racing games that I've played. Also the final Ratbag release I'm pretty sure, before Atari took over and ruined the DTR series.

IMO, the Ratbag games went downhill each release after DTR: Sprint Cars. DTR2's late models could easily turn winged sprint-like times at Knoxville and that completely ruined it for me.
