The last two rounds of the LFSCART Series 2009 are coming and New Dimension Racing decided to establish the "Chase Cup". The last two rounds will be counted together and the best out of the final two rounds will be awarded this very title. The Top-5 in the Driver's Championship Standings are excluded from this cup.
Chase Cup Events:
22/08/2009 - Grand Prix of Aston - Aston National (AS3) - 5,602km/3,481mi (s:7 laps/f:29 laps)
12/09/2009 - Clockwise 300 - Kyoto Oval Reversed (KY1r) - 2,980km/1,852mi (f:170 laps)
The Aston Grand Prix (22/08/2009) is built with the following format. At 1755UTC the Free Practice Session of 15 minutes starts in normal mode. At 1815UTC the Qualifying session in hardcore mode (no shift+s/shift+p). Racers who have not qualified but showed their speed in the Free Practice session will be permitted to the race. The sprint race (indicated by s) will be started with a standing start after a formation lap. The feature race will be started using a rolling start after formation lap. During the feature race 1 pitstop is compulsory.
The Season Finale (12/09/2009) is utilising the oval in clockwise direction. You have got between 1715UTC and 1815UTC to qualify with your 1 outlap 2 hotlaps 1 inlap try. At 1825UTC the formationlaps will be started and around 1830UTC the green flag will come out. During this race 1 pitstop is compulsory.

- An hotlap uploaded to LFSWorld of FOX on KY1 within 103% of the official hotlap world record.
- An hotlap uploaded to LFSWorld of FOX on any road course of the LFSCART Light Winter Series within 103% of the official hotlap world record
- A total driven distance of 5000mi / 8045km.
- The successful attendance at the NDR FOX Jamaica 130.
- Being in posession of a OWRL Division A license. (The driver must give evidence for his/her poession of the License.)
- Participation in a major Live for Speed League (ESL, MoE, ITCC, IGTC, Live for Speed Pro Series - The driver must give evidence for his/her participation.)
- Driver in the 2009 season of the LFSCART Series. (This requirement is fulfilled when the driver has participated in 3 or more events)
