i do rowing...6 or 7 times a week...even in this weather...

everyone post what they do. i'll post my training plan tomorrow.

by the way, this can serve as proof that you don't play LFS 24/7
Javelin, Mountainbiking and touching myself (it is a sport!)
I play baseball alot and i like to swim.
karting and biking karting like 4 days a week biking every day after school
Used to play lots of Basketball and football but now i go mountainbiking quite a lot.
I actively watch a lot of sports on TV.

Oh, and I'm a pro in rich' 3rd sport.
I am paying for Muay Thai classes although i have only turned up twice since our group trip to train in China which was in February.

Every Wednesday i play soccer and touch with mates.

Used to cycle and run but im a bit lazy right now.
Used to be a county basketball player who had trials with the England coach, also played for birmingham and dudley.

Play darts, pool, snooker.. pub games etc..

Lots of bike riding on my orange crush 05 and when my friend leaves it at my house (which is about all the time as he doesn't like leaving his bike at the barracks) I ride his Orange 224 09 World Cup.. last place I went was the black run at Llandegla which was interesting

Used to run 100meters at a time of 10.8 second which is rather fast, but due to me putting a stone on since I left work that time has come down.... rather a lot lol

and I race Rc cars which is fun..at a local club which is fun

Karting is something I wish to get into be it TKM or Rotax... shall have to see what the budget is!
I touch myself, and play football or basketball like twice a year :O!
Mountainbiking (cross country endurance event thingies etc) and tennis.
Not a sport as such, but I cycle 60 miles a week to work and back.

You and your friends touch eachother? XD jk sorry...had to

Anyways, it's not really a sport, but I go running... I know it sounds lame, but I kinda wanna try golf.
I work, own a house, own a car with 165,000 miles on it, and have 2 kids. Who has time for sports?
I try to bike as much as I can in the summer (55km/day back two summers ago), and I play squash as much as I can during the school year.
I guess running is a sport, so running!
what dan said... just not as pro as him

oh, and minigolf against (the unbeatable) vicc
It's running for me too.....preparing for the next half-marathon in October right now
Quote from Hoshimodo :It's running for me too.....preparing for the next half-marathon in October right now

Snap, mine is in September though!.

@3J, Pro?, lol, about 1 million miles away from pro
Hmm, I don't do much sports, and have cut down on my running. Mostly I do now is to do muscle training. That means around 100 push ups every day, and around 100 sit ups for the upper stomach muscles, and around 50-100 for the bottom stomach muscles.

Trying to get that 6 pack, but currently I am more allike michelin man >.<
I do cycling. Lots of.
None at all. Unless you count horizontal bedroom jogging.
Not done any sports since I left school, but I was in the school basketball team and we kicked ass. Do a bit of weights at home when I can be bothered, but I don't think that counts as a sport
Football, tennis and waterskiing.
I move my hand on my table 24/7.
so then:

Monday - 1:30 of gym (30 core stability and body weights - sit ups, push ups, squat jumps, and 1hr of weights)

Tuesday - rowing machines (2x5,000m)

Wednesday - 1:30 of actual rowing

Thursday - rowing machines (2x5,000m)

Saturday - 1:30 of actual rowing

Sunday - 1:30 of actual rowing

(i'm second from right below, but had a haircut since then :razz
