Hi i have bought a phone witch is good .

But i want to put some videos on it and it says it supports MP4 and 3GP

But when i convert to MP4 it Invalid video file what would that supose to mean ?

with 3GP works fine but low graphics.

I have total video converter and when i press convert. i can select
MPEG4 MP4

AVC H264 MP4

Mp4 format. Did u convert it with right settings? Max settings as ur phone allows - audio quality, format, bitrate and same with video (resolution and that stuff). On my Sony Ericsson K530i i had no problem with it. Ive been converting XXX > Mp4 / 3gp and it worked well.

can i ask you what converter u were using?

Something random, but i dont recommend to download "random" programs - it messed up my XP, now im on Win7 and havnt installed much programs. But, ill try to remember a bit and ill post the name of the program.

Maybe it was WinAll (dont know if its right name) or something like that. Or, magic video converter.

some phones are locked out by the provider to prevent playback of certain items... i can't add my own ringtones on my phone because they imposed a restriction in the firmware that only allows purchased ringtones to be selected.

could this be the case? ie: can you create video/audio on the phone, but can't import your own?
