i got 3 lvl 3 then i realized that i could make a similar game on my etch-a-sketch... with better graphics

people probably do care but they dont have to give sympathy when it was obviously you not thinking properly about stuff like that, or looking in the address bar to see whether it was an official Steam website. Contact Steam let them know and maybe they can do something about getting your account back.

It's not gone, I've recovered plenty of my friends' accounts.
Just go to https://support.steampowered.com/ , register on the website, and send a request for a hijacked account.

It's simple as pie. Just do what it says and you'll get your account back within 4 days. The last hijacked account I recovered was answered on the day after I sent the request (almost all of them took a very short period of time to get solved (i.e.: 1 day)). The only exception being when I lost my password and my secret question: I got the account back on the same day (sent the request 11am, received the answer 7pm, GMT-3).

indeed it wouldn't seem a hard task imo as though i hate steam and i think it should die a horrible death, they have plenty of staff to help if you have any issues...
