Are you sure the skin is highres? Is it > 1024x1024?

Yes all the skins look like this and are 1024*1024 or above

Anisotropic filtering enabled? 16x AA causes similar blur on my tripple crossfire setup using the Win7 beta drivers, 8x works fine.

Did you download a version of the skin before you enabled the hi-res versions?
Have you checked that your LOD settings are all up full?

I have downloaded all hi-res versions before downloading in-game ofcourse.
And LOD settings are all maxed.

So any help then?

Well, that happened to me every time when I was playing some game (cannot rember what was it :shy and after playing it, in LFS all skins were low res. After PC restart they were normal until I again started that game.

And what game would that be if I may ask?
Maybe I have same game and because of that it happens?

EDIT: Oh thanks by the way, restart helped!

That game was Battlefield 2 or COD4, I cannot remember exactly

If it's COD4, then it might be the problem then.
