But Phil, when Perez' tyre went on practise, Pirelli immediately said it was a slow puncture / debris to blame and we won't be seeing any of that again. Come race, 5 failures of the same type, I honestly don't believe anything Pirelli says any more - they're simply trying to cover their tracks and escape unscathed.

Quote from DeadWolfBones :Given that they were all left rear tires and 4 of 5 were at the same point on the track, I'm guessing it was indeed a curb that was at fault. But I guess we'll have to see what happens this week.

None of the other 6 support series' had any issues with tyres, Gp3 and Gp2 were using excessive kerbs and the kerbs havn't actually changed since last year. So in my opinion the blame lays firmly on Pirelli's shoulders, plus the body language and general tone of voice when talking about Pirelli from the drivers and teams makes me think they agree.

I agree Benni, I fully believe that Kimi could have challenged for the win had he had newer tyres. Lewis in post race slamming the Pirelli tyres and the FIA, looks pretty fun!

Pirelli today robbed fans of a fight between Vettel and Hamilton, which really sucks.

Don't worry I'm not gonna argue and hurt your feelings Rony.

I'm just confused how you feel this is completely my fault? You say in your post that nobody can keep a tab on everyone's movements? I couldn't see anyone to the inside and so took the normal racing line. Well I couldn't see you as you were sitting on my rear left and my view was blocked by the car behind. Sure okay it wasn't 3 seconds, but it certainly wasn't a sudden movement and you had plenty of opportunity to lift off a little and slot behind like everyone else. I feel this is ridiculous because you could have backed off - and didn't and made me lose a lot of positions do I feel as if you owe me an appology which ofc I won't get. I just don't appreciate your attitude towards me after the race talking down to me as if you are some superior god of racing which lets race it you're not.

We'll see what the admins think but I feel it's a ridiculous protest since you could have done so much more to avoid the contact than me.

PS. I wrote that protest before I checked this thread, not that would influence anyway.

You know its bad when you have to resort to exaggerations such as "suddenly".

And I'm sorry but jet pilot reactions? Are you kidding haha!! Drafting at that point was awkward because of #13 not able to draft at all. If your reactions are not good enough to react to a car with 3 seconds notice I don't think LFS is right for you, where you even looking around you? The body language of my car was always moving gradually towards the inside. I watched you on the replay, you broke and lift off in all other situations, why not this one?

I don't drive with left and right mirrors, ony rear mirror since my pc can't handle any more detail.

Long story short you hit my rear and didn't lift until you span.

Just watched the replay Rony, you were completely in my blind spot, I was already within half a car widths from the apex and you began to use the apron hence you span. A lift or tab of the brakes would have saved everyone a lot of hassle, but you remained full throttle and tagged my rear. I can only say sorry that I couldn't see you, but in a 6 car draft it's difficult to keep a tab on where everyone is at once, especially as an inexperienced ovaler.

Edit. You're gonna protest it anyways oh well sad you can't see a two way mistake when it's made.

I agree with Blueflame, personally I would love to see Kimi go there and really ruffle his feathers (Fingers) and expose that without the protection of RBR he is going to struggle. Kimi would be the perfect person for this because he seems to not give a damn about the politics of F1.

Of course I didn't mean to pit you haha, I had volcano (AFRICA) rear tyres and was fully prepared to let you go in the next corner, which is why it frustrated me so much you decided to squeeze me

Brief description of incident:I had a really good fight between Vipex, when suddenly at the 2nd sector of the track [right before 2nd sector] Vipex P.I.T'd me when he had so much room left!

Yeah about this ... when it happened I have no idea why it did to be honest. I kept my car on the normal racing line and suddenly you were coming across my nose. You say I have "so much room left" well I didn't I had maybe 1/4 of a car to the outside, whereas you had a good 3 car widths to the right and the inside of the next corner so I'm a little confused as to why you were coming across my front so quickly? Also I did brake as soon as we made contact, not that it helped as you were still turning across my front..

Just my take on the incident anyway.

Dynamix have clearly developed a name-extractor.exe

Jokes aside, you can't copy-write a name on LFS, or create a name, leave to another game and expect it to be kept forever. Plus the fact you're not registered on LFSW, makes it very difficult. You're calling others immature, but it was Dynamix who took this matter to PM's and you repeatedly tried to bring it back to the public forum, nobody cares, Dynamix drivers are at the heart of the community and sorry to say it but I've never heard of you or your Dynamix before! I also really love how you've added Dynamix stuff to your signature since all this has come to light, and it actually reverts to your profile page, super professional!

On topic! Grats to Mouse, and Ramon

'Cos you're 3id, everyone knows only 3id drivers have the lag glitches, I remember invisible Jack at 24h a few years back. :P

Seriously though, I have this from time to time the error shows up in conjunction with my timing out and usually after that I get the 'did not recieve track info' message. Sometimes i get that message even if I havnt timed out before so I think it's just one of those things.
