In our leagues section a league is shown with the next race on Sat 10 Oct 2015, 12:30. Usually, if there are only events in the past, it changes to unknown, doesn't it?
What is further more suspicious, is the fact that clicking on the league it shows they have endered a news but
Quote :"This league has not submitted any season information yet."

The league is called Speed Racing League.
Round 6 - MRT5 @ Fern Bay Gold

Round 6 of 9 :: October 19th, 2015

Track Layout: Fern Bay Gold [FE3]
Cars used: MRT

Qualifying Mode: 15 minutes without Shift+P/S
Race Mode: 2x 23 laps [reversed top 8-12 after Race 1] (race distances on calendar page are wrong!)

Qualifying

During qualifying all drivers will be able to complete as many laps as they wish. The difference to a normal timed qualifying session is that all drivers are only allowed to leave the pit lane once. Every driver who jumps to the pits or spectates the session will automatically end their qualifying session and will not be allowed to go back on track again. As always the following rules are also in force: The left-hand side pit exit blendline is not to be crossed by any parts of the car and it's every driver's own responibility to leave large enough gaps to the cars in front before going on a hot lap.

Should a driver receive a penalty during qualifying, like a DT for pit lane speeding, then he must serve this penalty at the earliest opportunity. Not doing so will result in the affected driver being moved to the back of the grid!

When the session time has expired, all drivers are asked to park their car in pit lane and to not go on track!

Race 1 and 2

Car to car contacts can result in all sorts of hairy situations an accidents in this car, like being parked up against a wall for instance, so please treat your opponents with respect at all times, especially in the first few laps of each race.

There will be a laglap before both races. The grid for the first race will be set by the result of qualifying. For the second race, the grid will be determined by the finishing order of race 1 with the top 8 to 12 finishers being reversed for the race 2 grid (the exact number of cars which will start in reverse order will be determined by a random pick). Drivers which did not finish the first race will start from the back of the grid in the order they retired in from race 1 (the further you go, the higher up you start).

Additional Information:

Everyone is asked to respect the rules on chatting: During all sessions, chat is always automatically closed unless the race administrator opens it.

Something that might be handy as well (since some people seem to not think about it) would be to prevent people, that have a license below the one of entered in the league settings, from signing-up to the league. I've seen people with demo license signed-up in a series that goes to e.g. Kyoto. Big grin

Yes, qualifying should have started 15 minutes ago. I'm not home for another two hours. A substitute for me was organised and should've been there.

I'm sorry, I havn't pointed out that this Chicane layout is used right away. I thought I did. I know that this is not good, but I'm sorry.

Round 2 :: November 29th, 2015

Track: Kyoto Ring Grand Prix Long with Boothy Chicane Layout[WE1r]

Qualifying 15:45 UTC: 60 minutes timed [no limitations]
Race 17:00 UTC: 4 hours timed

Qualifying
With the start of the qualifying session, all Car/Class choices must have been posted. Late changes to the team's car and/or class are penalised with a drive-through penalty at the start of the race.
During qualifying one driver of each team is allowed to drive as many laps as they desire. Jumping to the pits via Shift+P/S is permitted at any time they wish to do so.
Since all classes are on track simutaniously, all cars have the same right to drive a fast lap at any time. Please take into your strategy, that you might run up to a car from a slower category on a fast lap.

Race
The race starts with a standing start a rolling start. The GTR class will be started by the LFS lights, while the five other classes will recieve a chat notification, one at a time (NGT, LX6, RFC, LX4 and TBO), aproximately every 5 seconds, starting their respective races. The grid will be lined-up by classes: GTR, NGT, LX6, RFC, LX4 and TBO. When the pace car enters pitlane, the GTR leader controls the speed. Overtaking is allowed when the Green Flag massage appears. The start will be automatically reviewed. Jump starts will be penelised with a drive-through penalty, either by LFS or by admin.
For a driver change, the entering driver should only join the server on the current driver's in-lap and the outgoing driver should leave the server leave the server within one lap. The driver who did the qualifying laps must drive at least one lap in the race.

Additional Information
In all sessions it is the slower car's task to drive a foreseeable line and it is the faster car's task to pass the slower car safely. Do not force a pass at unappropriate places! Please read the information on how to deal with traffic: https://www.lfs.net/forum/post/1893892#post1893892
When leaving the pit lane, you must pay attention to the yellow pit exit blendline!
Everyone is asked to respect the rules on chatting: During all sessions, chat is always automatically closed unless the race administrator opens it. There is no such thing as "perm".

Finishing the championship in 4th position is giving me a weird feeling since I did not put that much effort/training into this series and since I'm definately not a faster driver, neither was I relatively fast, this feels pretty undeserved, like the podium spot yesteday.

Round 5 - FZ 50 & Raceabout @ Kyoto Ring Grand Prix Long Boothy Chicane Layout

Round 5 of 9 :: October 5th, 2015

Track Layout: Kyoto Ring Grand Prix Long [with (Boothy-] chicane layout] [KY3]
Cars used: FZ50 and RAC

Qualifying Mode: 15 minutes race fuel qualifying
Race Mode: 27 laps [including a mandatory pit stop of at least 20 seconds]

Qualifying:

During qualifying all drivers will be allowed to complete as many laps as they wish, however, they will only be allowed to leave the pit lane once with the setup and fuel load they intend to use for the start of the race. When leaving pit lane, the exit blend line is not to be crossed! When leaving the lane, you must pay attention to not interfere with any other car's qualifying laps, the same applies to drivers who are lapping slowly for whatever reason (e.g.: to cool their tyres). For hot laps the same rule as always applies: Every driver must make sure there is a large enough gap to the cars in front before starting their lap. Slower drivers who are also on hot laps will not be required to move out of the way. They have the same rights to the ideal line as all other drivers do on a hot lap.

Should a driver receive a penalty during qualifying, for example a DT for speeding in pit lane, then that penalty has to be served at the earliest opportunity possible! Unserved penalties will lead to rear-of-grid penalties!

Please also pay attention to the oval chicane! To avoid yet more tyre stack slalom action, the many moveable objects have mostly been replaced by a concrete wall, with a small gap at the apex. At this point the shape of the corner is rounded off with tyre stacks, however, they shouldn't roll onto the racing surfance when clipped. Due to the seemingly tightened corner apex on the left hand side, it's even more tempting to shortcut the track on the right side. On the exit of the chicane we have placed a couple of poles which symbolise the absolute edge of the racing surface, the same is the case for the first and penultimate corners. Should drivers repeatedly be caught having more than half their car's width outside those absolute track limits, then they can be penalised with a DT.

After the session time has expired or after cancelling your last attempt, you will be required to drive back to pit lane. Any driver who spectates or telepits will be moved to the rear of the grid and will receive a stop-go penalty right after the start of the race.

Race:

As always before the actual start of the race: Laglap. For the start proper, please remember that the RAC's initial acceleration is somewhat better than that of the FZ5. Take care in the first few corners. It's easy to make a mistake at Kyoto, mostly in those places where the wall is rather close to the edge of the track. Additionally we would like to ask you to not constantly hit the poles we've put up in the chicanes and don't constantly cut through the gravel trap at the oval that much. Both of those things will be considered unsportsmanlike behaviour and could lead to penalties.

Since having a mandatory stop with a minimum stationary time proved to be quite a good idea, we'll have it again in this race. Every driver will be required to make a pit stop of at least 20 seconds on any lap (except the final lap) of the race. Which work you want to be carried out in that pit stop will be up to you, the important thing is that your stop doesn't end up being too short.

Round 4 - BMW Sauber F1.06 @ Westhill International reversed

Round 4 of 9 :: September 21st, 2015

Track Layout: Westhill International reversed [WE2R]
Cars used: BF1

Qualifying Mode: none [Grid order set by GQ2 lap times]
Race Mode: 62 laps

Qualifying:

For the fourth round of the season there will be no qualifying on race day. The grid order will instead be set by the lap times driven in the second grid qualifying.

All drivers of each grid who have no set a lap time and are present on race day will be added to the back of the grid in championship order. Those who haven't scored points will be added to the back of the field in order of sign-up time (oldest to newest).

Race:

Prior to the race proper there will be a laglap in which you should get an idea of how badly the slipstream of the car in front of you affects your car when approaching corners close to other cars. WE2R is a very fast track, one of the fastest in LFS in fact, if you have a crash here it probably won't be a small one and the BF1 isn't exactly known for being sturdy. So please take care and make sure you don't take yourself and your opponents out of the race in the first couple of laps already.

There will be no mandatory pit stop as such in this race, but multiple pit stops will be needed simply to be able to complete the race distance. Whether you change tyres, refuel or repair your car during those stops is up to you. However, you should always pay attention to the exit blend line whenever you leave pit lane!

You are in the tracker but currently not in the public one as this has to be synchronised still. The synchronisation on the website is up to one of the webmasters doing it. Sorry for the inconvenience, but you do not have any disadvantages due to it.
