Quick question. Anyone have decent experience with a SMG trans? I'm really thinking about getting a E46 M3 Vert and i kinda made it apart of my "5 years from now" goal.

I'm not going to daily it (although it'll be tempting), and i'm looking to drive it only on the weekends or a really nice weekday. Also if you have experience with anything i should know, speak up!

Hopefully the same one i saw a couple of weeks ago shows at Cars and Coffee this weekend. Also someone is supposed to bring a new SRT Viper too! Can't wait to get a real glimpse at one.

They had a standalone primarily for MP and i think it was even free. I had already owned it by then so i saw no point to download it. COH had one of the most fun and entertaining storylines at it's time too imo.

That one is beautiful, but seems like a extremely harsh version of Tropico (which i haven't even though of trying because of the lack of action), but i won't knock it at all. I'll give it go later once i'm done with 0AD

Has anyone played R.U.S.E? If you played it on 360, that's even better. I remember seeing it as a WW2 meets futuristic weapons twist, but then again at the time CoH was still at nearly full steam over the mainstream RTS competition.

So i read that it was on 360 and looked more into it only to find out that its a genuine era game that specializes in ambushes. Almost like the AT strategy from CoH where you would hide AT guns in bushes.

RTS's like this i cant gather from a video nor a bunch of console amazon reviews, so im asking for a expert opinion from you guys. Especially after you showed me the light of Men At War.

Quote from dawesdust_12 :Except Scawen had said why he was implementing DX9. Because newer AMD drivers had massive bugs with DX8. Yes it has other benefits like proper rift support, but the main reason was AMD GPU drivers suck. Maybe if you read threads instead of trolling, you might learn something.

I don't follow hockey. Good try though.

Maybe Scawen will give you a ban for your continued grammatical errors. Does it matter how many times I've been banned? I'm not banned anymore.

Bam!

Quote from CardsetCrazy :I've heard the new Forza has amazing physics with proper wheel and many people would count it as sim.

But yeah Gran turismos and older forzas are arcade games for sure.

Although i've only demo'd, with all assists off i tried drifting the P1 and when ever i threw the car into a corner with alot of angle, it almost seemed to just stop at about 80-90 degrees and just sit there until i lost too much speed. It's definately harder, but i can't tell if they made it more REAL or DIFFICULT. That would be better answered by someone who has a wheel XB1 compatible.

I just like forza and the 360 controller because i can modulate the throttle and brake, but from what i remember whenever i used a PS3 controller (like twice and that was playing CoD MW:2) that the L2 and R2 trigger things are pretty much buttons and offer next to no analog control like the 360, but i'll probably end up just using my G27.

I wish there was a compiled list of parts or rims for GT5 or 6 though so i can see just how far i can personalize my cars.

Just curious as i want to pick up a PS3 to play Gran Turismo again and old PS2 games like Auto Modellista and Tokyo Xtreme Racer Zero, how's the controller compared to the 360? Can you map the accel and brake to the triggers? Are there any good aftermarket controllers that cater to this or will i have to dust off my G27 out of storage to make do (If i do end up going this route, it'll be pointless because i'll just grab my pc right next to it and fly away to AS and pCars land!)

Had no idea Game Stock Car had all those vehicles. I was under the influence it contained only the Brazilian touring cars.

Such a unique sound. Like a V6 attempting to mimic a Inline 4. Sounds amazing!

Is there a fourm by any chance dedicated to the mods like yours where people are putting different shift knobs or fitting whole new wheels to the hub?

The Carbo is basically the FZR. Everyone who can't drive it (97% of GTA players) says it sucks, but it's really the best out of them and can hang with the supers in terms of speed. Cornering in it kinda reminds me of the XRT.

I've been having fun drifting with kb at work so far in pubs. I'm not even tandeming or anything, but it feels just as fun as Forza so no problems here.

I'd also like to note that this shop has a old BMW (i think a 507) in the shop window as well as a Marenello next to the 355 i snapped, but wasn't as snowy. Besides this is a new girl compared to the yellow 360 thats usually parked outside so it caught me off-guard. Don't know what kind of Z3 that is either. Didn't notice the vent till after i took it. I'll grab more and hopefully a tour on my way to the grocery store sometime this week.
