LFS is alive and kicking.

I'm a "co-admin" of a series in australia. Mondaynightracing.com (self promotion FTW) and we've seen a steady influx of brand new people to LFS and organised racing over the last 3-4 months. I personally haven't seen this many new people come along and start racing for the first time in quite a while.


LFS development may be slower than some might like, but at least at the end of the day, whenever and whatever is release you'll always know its tested its a-grade quality and works from the get go.

We can't say the same for many other big name developers

LFS Development is slow no doubt, but you only need to look at what we've been given (for free mind you). They may take their time producing more content, but at least we know when we get it, it's always quality.

As for something new.....
I've heard its a technically impossibility due to the LFS engine. But having a completely open South City would be fantastic.

Series Admins could design a new race course the night before a race/round without the possibility of someone having done alot of practice.

Not really an excuse, but a couple of years back now. I dove up the inside of another car on Fern Bay club and the wheel snapped clean off. Went straight into another drivers door.


The wheel was one of those el'cheapo Ferrair 360 knock off's with the combined pedals. Suffice to say my next week never had that problem

Indeed they do, the picture in question is the Turbo version of the Inline 6 falcon

i try to not look at the speedo. sorta distracts you. and makes you want to go faster!
