We used a layout having these sort of chicanes on KY1R in the past for a bonus race at the LFSES in 2010, it was pretty fun with road cars most especially TBOs

"gcomp" platform : how to use it?
Good day everyone!
A question we often got : how to register to our races? Let's remedy to that!
All our races sinces 2008 are going through the "gcomp" platform, developped by Gai-Luron.

You can access it here : http://www.lfsfrance.org/liguesfr/gcomp
You can translate it in English, Italian, German, Dutch and Spanish. To do so, you can click on one of the waving flags in the top middle of the site.
For this tutorial, we'll show you with the site translated in English.
1) Make a account
First of all, you'll need to click on register on the left menu.
Then you need to fill these informations to be able to register :
login = the login you want to use on our site to connect and sign up, it's not going to be shown
LFS Username = your licence name
LFS Nickname = the nickname your are using ingame
Password = a password... keep in mind to keep it simple, this is a 16 years old plateform, it doesn't like too complicated password
Country = pick the country you are in or that you wanna represent. Keep in mind it's going to be show on the rankings, also you're going to score points for your country.
You also need to click on the "contact" tab and fill a email.
Last step, you need to click on Tech. infos, and pick up a connection on the rolling list, don't ask me why it is mandatory, even myself to this day I still didn't know
Once your account is registered, you will have a window alerting you that a email has been sent. But you will need to contact the staff for a activation since the mailing system is broken from our hoster change. Now you can check your mails, it will send you a activation link, don't forget to check the junk mails, and don't hesitate to add "contact @ lfsfrance . org" to your contacts so it won't send you messages in junkbox.
2) How do i sign up to a championship
Once your are registered and logged in, first of all you'll need to check if you are on the right championship page. It can be our league as our holidays opens (xmas or summer).
To do so, check the rolling menu on the top right of the site.
Then on the left menu, you click on "leagues" and it's going to show you on the left side a list of the past and present leagues (opens are listed as leagues also), and you'll have a "leagues in progress" also, if there is one active.
You will first need to sign up for the league, to do so, you click up on the icon with the paper sheet and the feather.
If you are registered to the league, it then will show you another icon with a paper sheet and a feather, it is related to the race registration
And then to register for the race, you will need to click on that icon (paper with feather).
If your registration is successfull, you will see your name appearing on the qual tab with or without a lap, depending if you did some on our servers
If by any unlucky way you are not able to do the race, please consider unregister from the race before the end of the pre-qualifications.
To do so, click on the crossed icon of the paper sheet with the feather :
And then your name should disappear from the pre-qualifications list.
Voilà! I hope everything is clear enough. Any questions, don't hesitate!

Long story short, Detect&Monitor doesn't work with test patchs. Every update King need to update it.
Actually it does work with the 0.7E13 IIRC, but the day he released it, we went on E14 and few days later E15, players have upgraded it and now can't get monitor working until you goes back to E13 (there is nothing major so we can stay in E13)
