what about openGL, is worth to implement in lfs?

nope because compared to AC, Project cars have some extra visual features that lack in ac as night racing, working lights at night , working rain, working storm and others weathers stuff

and others visual effect, outside of that is good as Need for speed shift 2

to be clear i uninstalled only for the lack to "Look to apex"( it have kinda but it turn automaticaly when you are close to a apex, in lfs and AC you turn the wheel and the "Look to apex" moves with your input ) feature also mouse steering is not as good as lfs and AC

after buy the wheel i gonna try again

after a few hours of test and 1 hour of fighting with the mouse and freepie

this game have the exact same feeling as need for speed shift 1&2, so deleted

I have AC myself by the way, for ages.. And I don't like it.. But I don't spam their Facebook or forum for this because it's a total waste of time. They have a different money making model, simply by outputting as much as 'cars' as possible no matter if those cars are in any way reach some realism to it's real life counterpart. It can be a tactic, trying to trick some car fanatics into buying their packages.. It's a short term tactic and it's OK, money flows in. But I stopped paying for their creations, because the multiplayer foundation is pretty crap and they don't spend any time on it improving this because they can't and money flows in anyway so why bother.

we should add lfs to steam, at least we can have more servers with multi-class racing as cargame was doing

tbh lfs mp is practically dead, you only found cruise servers and demo and NOW there is no actual racing server to jump in right away to race as the contrary of AC were you have no less that 200 servers with at least 20 with multi-class racing, not to mention Nordschleife with free practice wich is allways with ppl doing laps and looks like a bad joke but steam expanded the amount of servers and ppl playing ac

not to mention i did a bit of my own reserch and mentioned several times Live for speed in AC chat and from 100ppl 5 know about lfs and others say "Is on steam"? what game is that?

lfs is under the radar right now and you have to know a bit of racing sim to reach the word "LFS"

sadly yes, but the feel in the mouse is the same as lfs,anyways middle next year gonna buy the wheel, i'm saving now for a new GPU ( GT960 ) after that the wheel =)

i'm doing pretty well on the track
my pb in nordschleife in the pagani Zonda R is 6:15 ( pretty slow )
spa with the ferrari gt2 2.18.XX
monza with the Mercedes gt3 1.51 ( same tiems with the mclaren )

played lfs for 10 years, at this point have nothing else to offer me as is doing AC, i have my 2 dreams in that sim, Nordschleife and the cobra 427 ( Yeah love that combo )not to mention the high quality mods for free and regarding about physics is not bad at all, it almost feels as playing lfs

i was using LFS frameratelock to 100 and tripple buffer forcing it with RadeonPro

because there a new few options about the vsync, sleep time, etc etc
can we have a explanation what each options do in LFS and what are the good point and the bad points?
