Been a while since I used it, but I believe you get everything except for the miscellaneous info and fuel quantity. Basically you don't get anything that comes from outgauge, as other racer's outgauge info is not visible to you.
The program only takes the speed that it is reported to from LFS, so that'd be a LFS bug, though doubt it'd really be a bug.
Can you explain a bit more for me?
I was in the process of completely redoing the program, but then got sidetracked. I'll remember this for a possible option on the next one.
Obviously the easiest way to test this mod online was to use my server that's already setup, so, I'm more than happy to lend it to whoever would like to use it for a league. So, AW+CW, if you'd like to use it, PM me to let me know who would be the main admin in charge of the league and I can change the admin pass to whatever they would like. I may be able to, with my advisor/consultant status, get the46 to broadcast the race/s if this goes through, as it'll be something totally unique.
Sorry, didn't know it was set to 1 lap. I set it to 10 for now, I want to try and remake Phil's Martinsville layout because he has a standard grid and turn around for the track, making it more accustomed to bigger grids.
Awesome video again Nolan, quality is great as usual. Glad you used the song I recommended . And keeping the snippets of commentating in the video added that extra element to the video.
The one with the bigger number . The one that says IGTC has different rules in place in it that was asked by the IGTC admins. Grab the one that doesn't say IGTC.
The only way to connect to insim IS by using an IP and port number, so there's no way to get around it. Well, the other way would be to use the InSim relay, but that would be more steps and coding that would be needed to get the job of reordering done.
This is a native .NET installation system called ClickOnce. It installs to a directory that's attached to your username in your OS, though I cba to find where. I use this system because it makes updates really easy. Anytime I update the program, it automatically downloads the newest version for you. It'll still ask if you want to update it, but you won't have to go to the website to update it.
Server has been setup as hidden, this way you don't overwrite real online PBs. This, however, makes the server not show up on the LFSW listing of servers, so you have to type the server name manually to join.
that "[FG] NASCAR Test" server can be up as long as i want, and can rename it, so if you want to Bob, you can put the server name in your OP starting a listing of servers running the mod.
Here's the comparison (on a different track but same server). Also, just saw this, every lap didn't reset to a whole number, it stayed as if it was a split marker on that track. Probably another bug.
Well, the laps progressed like this for every racer who was on that server: 1, 1.1, 1.2, 2, 2.1, 2.2, 3, 3.1, 3.2 ,4, 4.1, 4.2, 4. If this is the correct way for it to work, then that's fine, but the old remote's system of counting laps was more logical.
EDIT: Gonna get a side-by-side comparison with old and new.
You obviously didn't look at the images, how can a racer go from having a lap count of 4.2 (passing the second split) to having a lap count of 4 (finishing the race)?
I think I may have found a small bug. The lap are being counted incorrectly, as at the start of races, you set all racers with a lap completed number of 1, unlike with the previous Remote where it's set to 0. So, when they're on their last lap in LFS, Remote shows that they've completed 4 out of 4 laps. Pictures below for examples.
Added missing BL3 support.
Added config option for button height. Larger configured height can make it more readable.
Added new automatic updater. Program will compare versions of itself and new version, and prompt to update. If yes, the updater will start and automatically download the new components.
EDIT: will upload in a little bit, need to fix something.
Oh, sorry. That file is for you to replace the text in. The $help command reads that help file, and is there for any user on your system to type in to find out what the program is for. So, customize that file however you see fit.
This is the Race Director system. The F1 Timing System is a completely different program. Download it, and you can run the two programs at the same time.
EDIT: In fact, I haven't even published the F1 Timing System. Where'd you see that running apart from LOTA and CoRe servers?
