And no idea how many out there are doing this kind of thing or maybe making/replicating the car. And there's already one in the list, and another one once existed with stock spec (anything going on with the latter btw?).

What I'm basically going to do is to make a Supra with a base of FZ5 (not RB2, nor BZ30). So this FR-layout FZ could probably be how 968 might've ended up looking like instead, I suppose?

FZ because it got track widths just close enough to Supra, so stretching the wheelbase and adjusting the tyres and suspension abit should get the about the same footprint. It's the one I tried to mimic a Supra anyway (before modding was officially a thing).

With that, it's simply just moving the back forward for now.


Kind of lazy way to make a Supra I guess? This is probably something to work on when I feel way too suffered.

A bit more progress


Tried to fix door vents size, which took absolutely ages with the editor (and now goes across the whole length),
and abit more stuffs.


Next attention (most of) goes to interior. Started with FXO top dash for the shape base. Most probably gonna use RB4's for most of the buttons etc to make life abit easier. The rest would probably just tracing from the textures.


Aand since there's finally another A80 in the making (link, and link), should I actually keep going on this (other than having fun)?

Honestly keep going.
Your work kinda integrates seamlessly with vanilla LFS cars. It's amazing by itself.

There's your touch on this mod; this is not a "I download a model" work..
It's already quite interesting to follow your progress, I bet it will be even better to drive & make skins for it.., even see people racing with it!

It usually feels better to have release something finished rather than having dozen of almost-finished projects hidden on your HDD.

I would not worry about duplicate mods, neither of them is finished yet.

So car is getting its dashboard (with RB4 stuffs, as per usual). Need to figure out for the door side dash panel. Yes, it's out of proportion.


And trying of smoothing the side of the bonnet, and ended up smoothing the whole length.

More dashboard stuff, abit. Yeah, and some part of FZ_Interior#.png would probably be kept in place.

Yeah btw, car's *actual* engine output (with much torque):

Decided to make my self the wheel. Also steering wheels' and seats' (out of XR+RAC) bit.


Made the headlights more curved just to make it abit less... lame?


And also, a fake TR〇 -esque front bumper, and just front bumper.

Insisted to keep where the FZ bonnet ends so that's why the front badge is placed so low above the plate.

Also I'm trying updating the Attendanze 4R and there's an event with the little L512S coming in less than 2 weeks so this may take quite a while before going into submission (if one wants to drive practically a stretched FZ5 in reverse).

congrats for published mod, drive great looks great, but sounds are kinda off because it's too rough, but allow me to recheck real stock supra to compare

anyway here's the screenshot of it, I really enjoyed it, and hope if I could get private agreement for this to make another form of this beautiful handmade supra
