SKODA FERAT VAMPIRE RSR

The Ferat Vampire RSR began its life in 1971 as the sole‐built Škoda 110 Super Sport prototype — a striking, mid‑engine sport coupé powered by a 1107cc, four‑cylinder OHV engine rated at 55 kW (75 hp), four-speed manual gearbox, rear-wheel drive, and a top speed nearing 180 km/h. For testing purposes it was later equipped with a more powerful 1147cc engine producing 76 kW (103 hp), which allowed it to reach speeds exceeding 200 km/h. Despite the intriguing design and reasonable international public interest, the vehicle did not make it into serial production.

A decade later the vehicle was radically reimagined by Oscar-winning designer Theodor Pištěk for a major role in upcoming Czechoslovakian horror movie. The car received a black paintjob highlighted by red pinstripes, massive rear spoiler, fixed rectangular headlights replacing the 6 pop-ups used in the original design, 15″ gold BBS wheels and Škoda 120 taillights. These changes transformed the Škoda 110 Super Sport into Ferat Vampire RSR - a mysterious foreign racecar rumoured to be powered by driver's blood, one of the most memorable cinematic automotive antagonists.

Today, this iconic blood‑thirsty racecar is preserved for all to admire at the Škoda Museum in Mladá Boleslav, where all the detailed measurements and photorealistic textures acquisition for this mod took place.
