I wonder if anyone has been experiencing low and inconsistent FPS since the latest version (the one with mods) was released.

I have an MSI GP66 gaming laptop with an RTX 3070 which should be able to run the game maxed with ease. Most of the time it struggles to go past 65fps and if I switch off the post processing shader it jumps down to 40-45fps. I know the game's graphics have been revamped however it seems very unlikely that I can't play it smoothly on a 1 year old high end gaming laptop.



Is there any setting, even on nvidia settings which I may have missed, or could it be the game is choosing to utilize the built in intel graphics card rather than the 3070?
