Session AND SERVER of Incident : Race; Servers: Main
Lap AND MPR timecode of incident : Doesn't matter, Race result will be void
Car(s) involved : 60
Location of Incident : NDR Sporting Code and GT2C Rulebook REV2
Brief Description of Incident :
NDR Fails to apply rules accordingly. Enforces no-bump draft for Pre Qualifying :
''3. Drivers may telepit and rejoin freely during the qualifying sessions. Drafting is permitted,
bump-drafting is not.
'' and ''4. A driver who misses qualifying completely will start from the pit lane in order of prequalifying time (if held; if not held, number order for Round 1; else points, then number
order). A driver who attends qualifying but sets no time or has all times deleted for
whatever reason will start from the back of the grid in order of pre-qualifying time (if held; if
not held, number order for Round 1; else points, then number order).
''

No Mention of bumpdrafting in mentioned for the race anywhere except in the sporting code which states:
''c. Bump-drafting is prohibited at all times in open-wheel cars, unless
expressly permitted. Bump-drafting is permissible on all cars with
covered wheels, except where expressly prohibited
.''

Whilst I'm fairly sure that GT cars have covered wheels, and it's not stated anywhere, the race results has been altered and does not represent correct ruling and is therefore void.

Lap AND MPR timecode of incident (or session time or UTC Time of Day): Lap 29/30, timecode: 40:11.00 onwards
Car(s) involved: 43, 60
Location of Incident: pitlane
Brief Description of Incident:
#60 breached rule XIV./4/e,f of NDR Sporting Code
Session AND SERVER of Incident : Race; Servers: Main
Lap AND MPR timecode of incident : Race start
Car(s) involved : 02
Location of Incident : Start
Brief Description of Incident :
I come to the line holding pace requested in the briefing (31mph). Isaac goes out of position and exceeds the speed thus resulting in a jump start. At round 2 Dennis got a stop go penalty for that, I also received a drive through for been out of position.
Isaac does appear to give the position back but looking at the replay he also runs in deep and because he flat spotted his tyres rather badly (from spoiling the turbo) the car just doesn’t turn so I don’t no if he intentionally gave the position back or not - besides the point.
The issue is that he jumps the start, and although he ends up in P2 after turn 1 anyway it eliminates any chance that other drivers could have made a move. This just sets a precedent for people on P2 to jump the start, give the pole man their place back and then there is no risk of losing any other places. There must be consistency in the penalty’s and after what happened at round 2 I’m amazed only a warning was given.

Edit: as written in the rules, IX 2b1 - a stop go penalty will be given to the leader for failing to stay within tolerance (not sure if that applies for other drivers too?) and also IX 2c1, overtaking before the green flag will result in a DT penalty at minimum.

Car 60 - DT removed. NDR sporting code and rules of the series don't exactly say that bumpdrafting is prohibited. It was our mistake and we appologize for that. Time of DT equivalent will be taken away.

Bumpdrafting will be banned in future rounds of the series.

Car 02 - Warning from the race removed. Stewards decided to issue a DT penalty to car 02 insted for failling to be in possition on the race start.

Reason: Action of car 02 resulted in gaining an advatage - pulling ahead from the field. This advantage was not balanced enough by letting the leading car by in T1. Therefore stewards decided to issue a DT penalty to car 02.
