After reading this thread i was trying to make an endurance fzr set up for blackwood.
I had my set up from pre patch u and i got sent another on a server. Ive got a set up i like and can drive but tyres didnt last so i adopted what it said in the thread.
My question is though - it says to increase tyre pressures until tyre doesnt go above 15 C above optimum. I can run R2 slicks at the rear of the car but i need about 35 psi. So is it better to run high pressure R2 or lower pressure R3 slicks. I havent tried R3 slicks but is it worth it or will they just be slower.

For endurance runs (longer than 15 minutes) R3s are the tyres of choice. Run them at similar pressures and caster as you did the R2s on your normal set. Then adjust from that point onwards.
