now that i got my server working thank to the_angry_agel's guide!! ty m8
i want to make myself admin,
if i set the admin pass and then
go to my server'via specific and i enter my server password,
its says i'm not authorised or something.
any help?

simply enter your admin password in the field where you have to put the password for password-protected servers - done.

You'll have to restart the server after editing the config file, before your server will pick up the changes. You also need to make sure that you're editing the correct setting: in this case its /admin.

The password is also case sensitive Hopefully that helps.

isnt there a thik that i can say who can be admin??
like:

Nope, I'm afraid not. But what you enter in the /admin directive is the administrator password, rather than who is allowed to be an administrator.

Definately possible, and certainly something I'd like to see tbh. Spoofing LFSW names, is much harder than cracking a hard coded password.
