I wasn't completely at the end as far as I have seen but had to go. I'll look at it again later if you can't locate it with those informations.

I can't see this on lfs.net. Sounds like malware to me. Try disabling plugins / switching to safe mode / switching browser / switching computer.

Not sure how you backtracked the calls but in Chrome network tab there is an "initiator" column which shows just that. Just hover the offending script.
