This is the second consecutive offence of non-confirmation from Cars 98 and 99. They have been automatically withdrawn from the series.

Cars 69 and 73 did confirm but did not attend qualifying nor the race. I was contacted privately by each team before the round about thier absence, and therefore will exempt them from the no-show clause in the regulations.
