Symbian video player
So, I'm looking for a Symbian video player that can play mp4, I don't need anything else. The reason of my "quest" is 'cos I got sick of the RealPlayer that can't play anything. I've already tried some apps but I had some confirmation (E: "expired certificate" error, just switched to english to check) errors so I would be very thankful if you would post links to downloads that you are sure that work. BTW I'm not sure which Symbian do I have but it supports .sisx installation files only. The phone is Nokia C6-00. Thanks in advance.

Probably Coreplayer http://corecodec.com/products/coreplayer

Before the N8 (Symbian^3 Belle v111.030.0609) I had N82 (Symbian OS 9.2, S60 3rd Edition Feature Pack 1) and I had Coreplayer with it, it could play pretty much anything I tried. It just doesn't work well with N8's Symbian^3 OS (only touch screen OS). Not much of a problem as the N8's video player can play 90% of videos I've tried. The MP3s are the problem, Nokia has no love for old-school pirates who organize their music by directories and can't be arsed to fix the the .pls' and tags.
30$?
That's the reason why you get Android or Windows phone, not Symbian, symbian in my eyes is pretty much dead.
A lot of apps for android are free.

I guess you have this:
Symbian OS v9.4, Series 60 rel. 5

"Expired certificate" is what I get... Any video player I tried got me that error.
And the only reason I have this phone is because they didn't have a HTC Desire in their warehouse and they "couldn't" order it.
Sry for double post, but I found a simple solution for "certificate expired" errors. I switched the date a few years back, installed the app, and switched the year back to 2012 :P
