Qualifying
So, around 16:30 UTC we are starting a normal qualification of 30 minutes if there are 28 drivers or less. If it happens to be more than 28 drivers in the server, the grid is split in half based on nationality, to have the most fair way of qualifying. From then on each group will have 15 minutes to show their best hotlap for the race separately after eachother. Top 28 drivers are sorted for the race.

Race
Race will start as soon as possible after finishing the 1 or 2 qualifying sessions. It might take up to 5-10 minutes depending on organization. Race is 16+1 laps (16 laps + 1 Safety car lap). The race will start with a Safety Car lap, it will control the field for most of the first lap, going at about 120kph/75mph and will pull off before the Safety Car line, before the last chicane. From then on the leader of the grid takes control of the field. Leader may accelerate at own will after the Safety Car line is passed. Passing is only allowed after the green flag is weaven at the blue lines right after the oval bend. At race restarts the same procedure is followed

Second race is decided on the exact finishing order of race one. The results are kept and the second race is started at the same order.

For race three two dices are rolled to decide at which place will the grid (finishing results of race two) be reversed. It can extend from 2 to 12 of course.

Skins
All the skins are to be uploaded into this topic before the start of the official event. If your skin isn't uploaded or you are using wrong skin in official event, you will be penalized after the race.

Best of luck for everyone, and I hope to see some clean good racing and good behaviour.
Does "the grid is split in half based on nationality" mean 1 driver of a nation drives first part and the other drives second part?
