I didn't notice that much of a difference. The effect might work a lot better if you had more than just one car going at once and at a different angle. The angle shouldn't be like on top, more of a 45 degree angle imo.

Interesting idea. You might try it on south city with like some cars passing by, that might work (and higher vid quali).
