It's the inaugural race of our new track Race Green International Raceway. It is a 1.2km track, layed out in familiar Autocross, features 4 turns - 3 different right turns and one 90° left turn. Track's minimum width is 20 meters, enough for everyone to control one of the most unpredictable cars of LFS - the finnish built RaceAbout,a mid-engined roadster, who delivers 245HP to rear wheels. It will be only the 2nd RTFRi visit in this Autocross area since 22nd RTFRi with MRT.
Staying off the high curbs (except in the tight hairpin) and more importantly - off walls will be the key to keep yourself in the race as the pitlane inside of track is still unfunctional until our devs adds possibility to place custom pitstalls...

It was quite a while ago when latvian drivers had their last pole position, today Klitro broke this dry streak and took his 7th pole position,he is still 2nd in most PPs chart. Unfortunately there was a mini-mass disconnect right before the race, out polesitter was the onlyone who didn't noticed the new password so he missed out the start. First time participant A.Valta from Finland lead the field of his countrymen built cars until he run into tyre troubles and had to let M.Kapal by after some fight and quit the race soon after it,but managed to keep the fastest lap of the race (7th for Finland). The czech driver led the rest of the race and took his 1st win in 16 finishes (2nd most between non-latvian drivers),this was also his 12th top5. 2nd finished his compatriote Kid,which was his repeated best finish,3rd top5 in 4 finishes, but he has started two times more races here. With a late pass over another tyre victim, german driver Flip repeated his best 3rd position,5th top5 for him out of 5 finishes, the passed victim was Matiss - 4th place and 7th top5 for him,Snowyy took the final top5 position, which was his 5th.
Previous biggest lapcount of a single RTFRi race was 39,but this short track asked for more,so we set a new record of 54 laps in 54th event! I hope for some feedback about this track and it's adequacy for competition races, preferably in layout thread (link in event info post).

The usual 2 weeks break will lead us to some grip car racing, see you there!
Event rating and other statistics updated! Rating top5 has some changes but top 2 are still same - Agent and J.Vähäkuopus, but between them is now just 1 point. Rony has climbed back to 3rd and is another 2 points behind leaders,Flip joins the top5 party for the first time and takes 4th,pushing Invecs to 5th and Falcon out of top5. A total of 43 drivers have scored a point towards rating,a decrease of 6 since last race.

M.Kapal is the 23rd member of the RTFRi Winners club and it was the 1st win of Czech Republic. With A.Valta's appearance,Finland now have tied up Latvia in most drivers chart - 32 drivers from each country have participated in this event,Germany has the 2nd biggest number - 29. Also this was the longest RTFRi race in terms of winners finish time, allthough just 7 and a half seconds longer than 50th RTFRi. M.Kapal has the 10 biggest margin of victory in this race and climbs straight to 13th place in most laps led chart after his first led race, leaders list is now increased to 35 drivers.

The small single seater, created by McGill Racing Team, get's it's 2nd show up - the turbocharged 600cc engine gonna scream around the shortest Aston official configuration - 1.9km Aston Cadet - in it's reversed direction. Sub-minute laptimes = more than 30 laps in race, but be careful as this tiny and relatively weightless thing thing (just 221kg dryweight) does not like sudden direction changes, while sticky R1 tyres gives you more grip than you need to feel safe.
If real life counterpart has an option that driver climbs out of car to push it backwards,LFS's driver never leaves it's seat,so don't stop your car in gravel trap or with nose pointing towards wall,or you're out of the race!

"Formula M" is known as one of the least favourite cars of LFS,today we just had another confirmation of that. But even 5 drivers can have some head to head racing fun,we had 2 previous winners battling for another win to collect in their list, the winner of last race M.Kapal proved that he is the faster one today and became the 5th driver, who has managed back-to-back wins, setting also his first fastest lap of the race. A 3-time winner Kars had to settle for runner up position, which is his 14th top5 finish, after setting the fastest lap in qualifying, scoring his 5th pole position. Yeman finished 3rd,repeating his best position,3rd top5 finish for him from 6 finishes, but he improved his best qualifying position from 6th to today's 4th,Falcon choosed strategy to be careful and finished 4th (his 4th top5 finish),today repeating his best positions in both qualifying and race,Rony drove very unstable, making a lot of mistakes, lost even a lap to everyone else, but still managed the high 5th place out of 5 drivers - 16th top5 for him!

Let's hope that some road tyre car will look more atractive and we will have more racing, see you there!
Event rating and other statistics updated! We have big changes in rating top 5 - the participant, who was leading since... To be honest,I have no idea, how long N.Dakovic/Zeus/Agent/Niki was leading this table, but after last race he didn't just lost the lead, but also fell out of top5! So the new leader is 3time winner J.Vähäkuopus, who gained 1 position since last race,Rony also climbed 1 position - to 2nd place, but Falcon returns to top5 jumping up to 3rd. 2nd newcomer in top end of this chart is M.Kapal, who is now 4th,loosing 1 position,Flip is now 5th,Invecs is the second drop out. There are still 43 drivers, who have scored at least a point in last 10 races.

Thanks to M.Kapal,Czech Republic has climber up to 7th place in most successful countries chart, having now 2 wins and 1 fastest lap,Kars' pole position was 18th for Latvia. Last event had a repeated lowest driver count in qualifying - 5 and despite being 2.12 seconds, this was just 14th closest finish,as already 13 races have ended with winners advantage less than 2 seconds. M.Kapal has climbed to 7th position in most laps led chart, interesting, that he overtook in this list also the other leader of last race - Kars.

Communities voted least favourite track for 5 years attracted more drivers than in previous 4 events and the racing was typical oval - very close, but with a lot's of teamwork and some incidents too. And no surprise that the previous closest finish of 0.09s was beaten - our 2nd time participant FiredUp won the race by 0.012s (due to LFS's measurement 0.00s it was remeasured at the start line, which differs from actual invisible timing line, and calculated using 2nd place car's speed and actual distance when crossing finish line),meaning that the american flag carrying dutchman led every single lap from his first pole position. Since he is racing under United States flag, this is the first win and also first pole position for the country. Just 0.81 meters short was current car/track combo world record holder M.Kapal to extend his winning streak to 3,meaning he has to settle for 2nd place, which is his 14th top5 finish. An already-3time winner J.Vähäkuopus finished 3rd (his 5th top5) after hard work with teammate E.Mikkola, who took 4th,his 3rd top5 in 3 races. The recent MRc demo competition winner Laipnieks finished 5th in his very first sanctioned event race. And what we still missing? Yes,the fastest lap holder,or to be precise - holders! It's the first time ever, when fastest lap of the race is shared by 2 drivers - Fαlcon and J.Dohnalík worked together in late stage of race to clock 0.47.53 as the top time, meaning that both got the honor to get a entry at FL column, but both finished just outside top10 due to some incidents.

2 weeks the usual break between RTFRi races, but the gap will be filled by our GTR sprint race league Grand Turismo Allrounder Series, check it out if got interested, racing with slicks also in next RTFRi event!

Event rating and other statistics updated! Just J.Vähäkuopus kept his position in rating - he is still leading, but other positions are now shuffled: M.Kapal climbs up 2 positions to 2nd,Rony loses 1 position and is now 3rd,Flip steps up from 5th to 4th,but Falcon loses 2 positions and is now 5th. 42 drivers have scored at least 1 point in previous 10 events,1 less than before.

Now other stats'n'facts: FiredUp is the 24th driver to join RTFRi winners club. Litro has now taken part in 26 qualifications, tying Carbon for 2nd biggest number and Invecs does the same in most races started chart - also 26 races started. Since Latvia had 2 new drivers joining the race last time, country now breaks the tie with Finland and regains lead in most drivers chart, while United States climbs up to be rated 12th in best country standings. Last race was the 2nd fastest race (224.8km/h) and 3rd one, which had average speed over 200 km/h and it had the biggest amount of finishers in last 12 races, but biggest amount of qualifyers and starters in last 5. It was already posted that previous race had the closest finish, also the previous closest finish has been measured with same method to correct data,in future every finish under 0.1s will be corrected same way. FiredUp joins and climbs up to 10th place in the most laps chart after leading every single lap in last race.

13th win,16th pole position,11th fastest lap of the race and 20th top5 finish are todays list of achievements for Agent as there was noone to challenge him. A.Valta finished for the first time in this even and already in 2nd place,Rony stayed out of big troubles and brought home 3rd place, which is 17th top5 finish for him, first time participant Honza finished 4th but loosing 2 positions due pitstop,Qed had to settle for 5th place, which is his 3rd top5.

If this was too fast or too grippy for you, join in 2 weeks in next race, which will be driven with some of the slower road cars!
Event rating and other statistics updated! Rating's top5 has few changes, but 3 drivers have kept their positions - J.Vähäkuopus is still in lead,Rony stays in 3rd and Falcon keeps his 5th place, while even places have been changed - Agent returns to top5 and jumps right in 2nd place,M.Kapal falls from 2nd to 4th,Flip has now left the top5 of rating. 43 drivers now are placed into rating, one more than before the last race.

Last race had the 17th biggest margin of victory, which is the only fact I could find worth to post after this race...

Until today this event was quite lucky without any serious server problems (except for 8th RTFRi race),but today everyone lost connection while in qualifying late stage, making the session to be "spread" in 2 parts.
Anyway - Otto visited this event for 2nd time and upgraded his previous best positions (both qualifying and race) from 2nd to better - he was the fastest in qualifying and also finished the race first, making himself the 25th member of RTFRi winners club, also setting the fastest lap, which is his 2nd of these. Also this was 7th win for his country - Finland. The driver known also as Niki today used another different name and had to settle for runner-up position, which was his 21st top5 finish,3rd in finish was other finn - first time participant V.Lehtimäki. 4th was the late joiner Troy, who started from last position due missing qualifying,it was his 8th top5 finish in 8 appearances, final top5 position was taken by another finn - A.Valta,2nd top5 for him.

In 2 weeks racing with slick tyre cars is scheduled, join if interested!
Sorre for that mistake, tried even handbrake, but it wasnt enough.

Event rating and other statistics updated! (and added qualifying results) The top5 hasn't changed much - we have only new leader, which is Agent Orange, who returns to lead after few weeks, pushing away from lead J.Vähäkuopus, who has been absent in last 2 races. The rest is in same order like before - Rony 3rd,M.Kapal 4th and Falcon 5th. A total of 48 drivers are in this rating,5 more than before.

Otto has joined the RTFRi Winners Club as 25th member and 4th finn in it. This was 7th win,5th pole position and 8th fastest lap for Finland, the northern country also takes over the lead as most represented country with 36 drivers, overtaking host nation Latvia, which has 34 drivers. Allthough this was the 18th closest finish of 58 races with 3.6s,this was also the biggest margin of victory in a LX4 race as all 3 other LX4 races had less than 2 seconds gap between top 2 finishers.

The smallest and lightest formula type car in LFS is Formula BMW FB02,but not everyone can handle it,especially if the track is quite tricky with it's changing turns and elevation - Aston Chicane Route offers you some tricky chicanes for this 27 lap race! Overtaking in this 3.1km custom configuration track layout is pretty difficult as it does not offer any slow turns after fast straights for classic outbraking manouver, you really have to be better to pass someone.
Tyre choise will be tricky as always with FBM - R1 tends to overheat while R2 could cool down too early, make your choise for success!

First time participant P.Butcher took 2nd early in race and never gave it up,Rony finished 3rd after mistake full race scoring 18th top5 finish,Honza repeated his 1st race finishing position also in his 2nd race and finished 4th,but Falcon lost 2 positions in 2nd half of race and had to settle for last place today, still bringing home his 5th top5 finish.

As usual - 2 weeks break with GT car sprint racing filling the next tuesday,we will race some road cars!
