me and my friend is having a 2h oval race this weekend, and was just woundering if its posible to get the old pitsppotter working again or if its posible to make a new one ?

I haven't tried configuring it, but wouldn't EQ Worry's AONIO work for this? You should be able to turn off any other displays/features that you dont need...

Thank you, I didn't really need it, But I haven't bumped anyone since this, Plus checking mirrors this is a lifesaver for a newbie like me, Thank you for the link Now everyone that says it's my fault can eat exhaust fumes... Thankfully it wasn't to hard to understand.

Happy to help; there are quite a number of community developed applications. Sadly they're getting buried under tons of offtopic and crappy posts.

However, the thing with stuff like the pitspotter and the racing line etc is that you take it for granted after a while. You'd have a tough time racing without them. And then you really do loose a bit of realism (pressing the keys to quickly look left/right when you're alongside someone and braking at just the right time, quick look again, turning side by side..).

Its great that a driver is being a mimimal risk to others whilst having a great race, and most of all: having fun.
