Go with the second one as the CPU is much better. Probably wont be running high settings, but you never know.

Unless you have someone with the same system, you can't really say what the FPS will be.

Yeah, go with the second one. Definately the second one. The first one's cpu is kind of ... from the 90's? Atleast the specs, not technology.
