theres a like yellowish light on the speedometer next to the e brake. what does it do and how do u turn it on and off

Maybe the traction control light? Press O to turn it on/off.

It would most likely be ABS, as it is in the speedometer.

lol I thought it was the traction control light because the ABS one actually says "ABS" on it, so I didn't think anybody would ask what the ABS light is for!

thank you so much for clearing that up, thought it was a bug or something, because one time its on one time its off, now it flashes when i brake so i'm guessing its on.

The ABS and TC lights work in the same way:
Constantly on, there's an error (ie it's been switched off)
Constantly off, normal.
Flashing, it's active.
