Every yellow under SC when drivers enter pitlane.

Numorous of cars goes inside the apron before T3 to enter pit. Doing that they pass a lot of cars.

The rules states when pitting under yellow you enter to the pits after T3 before the commitment cones.

This happened during all SC periods

Sorry it's taken so long, but here we go now:

Quote from manneF1 :Practice Session Number: 1
Lap and Timecode: 22-23. 34:21.00- 34:40.00

My car was totaly damaged after that.

Car 102 pulls inside sufficiently before the kink, 2 turns in on him, and 05 follows 2. Car 2 starts the accident, earning Car 2 an extra required session.

Car 05 spins into the outside wall, but does not apply brakes until after ricocheting off of the wall. Additional session required for Car 05.

Car 45 fails to yield to the accident at all, even with LFS yellow flags and ability to see the accident ahead. No session credit, also increase required sessions by 2.

Car 08 is warned to back of for LFS yellow flags, but was somewhat unsighted to the incident ahead.

Car 499 ignores LFS yellow flags and the scene ahead, no session credit, see more about 499 below.

Racing to the line on last lap was in effect at the time. No action.

Quote from Bmxtwins :Practice Session Number: 1

Quote from Bmxtwins :Practice Session Number: 1
Lap and Timecode: LAP 6 1:35

Sudden deceleration in queue leads to an accordian-effect crash. No action.

Quote from Bean0 :Practice Session Number: 1
Lap and Timecode: Lap14, 21m08s
Cars involved: 06, 96
Description of Incident: Going 3-wide, car 06 comes down and into the side of 96 causing 96 to spin.

Car 96 is holding line through Turn 1, then Car 06 on outside, moves towards the inside, contacting 96. Lack of situational awareness from car 06, Formal warning

Quote from oscarhardwick :Practice Session Number: 1
Lap and Timecode: 21-22 race restart
Cars involved: 16, 06
Description of Incident: 06 car dives to inside of 16 and overtakes before the line... on the inside.

Indeed an overtake before line inside on restart. Couple this with the incident above, Car 06 receives no credit for session 1, and a session added to his required sessions.

Car 499 fails to hold the brake on Lap 18 during a crash, causing the car to slide faster and further into oncoming traffic, collecting more cars. Couple this with actions in last lap crash, Car 499 receives no session credit and an additional 3 required sessions to attend.

All cars listed as DNF will not get session credit.

Car 12 loses session credit
for braking on the outside line after green flag flies on a restart.

Car 93 loses session credit and has an additional required session for failure to slow for queue ahead during Lap 19 safety car.

Keep in mind that these sessions are going to be assigned penalties in chronological order, not considering what happened in later sessions.

Time to work on session 2 !
Session 2 stuff!

Quote :Lap 3, about 4:50
Cars 25, 102, 59
Brief description: 25 and 102 contact in Turn 2.

Car 25 moves down on 102, both spin, car 59 collected with nowhere to go. Car 25 was in follow view. If he'd been in any other view, he'd have seen 102 coming in time and the incident likely would not have happened. Car 25 +1 session.

Quote :Lap 3 into 4, about 5:20
Cars 0, 86, 03, 27, 20, 93, 666.
Brief description: 0, 86, 03 contact at kink, more cars involved

Car 0 turns for the kink, on the outside, 86 to the left, and 03 to 86's left. 0 could have been a bit more judicious about turning in, and 86 could have done a slight lift at that point and baked out safely. all in all, the start is not worthy of penalty. Cars 20 and 27 attempt to react, but are too close to escape.

Car 93 is given an additional session for failure to heed yellow flags.

Car 666 is given 2 additional sessions for failure to heed yellow flags, as well as excluded from session 2.

Quote :Lap 5, 7:20
Cars 41, 59, 777, 25, 666, 03
Schemozzle under SC exiting T1.

Car 41 accelerates to quickly close to 59. Overshoots, and on braking slides into 59. Car 41 gets an additional required session.

Car 777 collides with 59, but was slowing down and not much faster than SC speed at time of collision, and had little time to react.

666 comes full in, but doesn't really have time to react. Can't see the accordianing until too late, slams brakes but gets caught up in. Car 03 on brakes, can't slow enough in time with sudden stopping of cars ahead.

Car 25 comes in with follow view, should be able to see the scene, and drives straight into it without much attempt to slow down +1 session on top of other earlier penalty.

Quote :Lap 10, about 14:20
Cars 0, 02, 71, 42, 26, 499, 38, 12, 93, 777, 20, 17, 59
Brief description: massive carnage

Car 0 gets loosened up by a bumpdraft exiting T1 from 02. Car grips, turns to the right, and into 02. Both hit the wall. Car 02 gets buried into the wall, and does what you all should do, slam the brake pedal to the floor.

71 slams onto the binders as soon as 0 and 02. Car 42 charges up, gets yellow flag, couple seconds later brakes hard. Seems a bit close, but I'll let this one slide. pay more heed to LFS yellow flags while under green; also use what the cars ahead are doing as a bit of a tip...if you see a mass move to a side of the track, generally best to go there WHILE slowing.

Car 26 comes charging flat out no attempt to slow until it's too late. No credit for this session 2 more required.

Car 499 makes no effort to slow down until after contact is made. Car 499 will NOT be permitted to take part in the 2010 Kyoto 250.

Cars 12, 93, and 59 all fail to properly heed yellows. no credit for this session + 1 additional required.

Car 43 did what you SHOULD do when you get a yellow flag: slowly back out, and then slowly apply brakes if possible. Slam on brakes only when the crash is RIGHT AHEAD of you. Don't worry about what is behind you, worry abotu what's ahead. If someone punts you up the back and has plenty of warning, they get hit, not you.

Car 41 brakes after green flag flown. Not a needed action at all. Unsafe action, another session required.

Car 06 runs wide, slightly dodgy. No session credit.

All cars who DNF'd will receive no Session Credit.
Good news ! If you did Session 3, you got credit. No one protested anything, and I didn't see anything too major. Good werk there folks. Now on to session 4 !

Quote from prOmo_LTU :Practice Session Number: 4
Lap and Timecode: 41st lap / 52:40:64
Cars involved: 666 L.Matonis(me) and 77 D.Buck
Description of Incident: #77 Just blocks me in T2 after restart of the race, very unnprofesional and rude move.

Car 77 is looking left well, but exiting turn 2, does not adjust course to hold parallel to the wall, and is tending towards the left. No malicious intent seen, warning to car 77 for to have a bit better trajectory control.

Quote from dekojester :Session 4 Race
Lap 32, about 31m30s Turn 3
Cars 77, 27, 9, 117, 88, 666, 38, 92, 86, 58
Major crash in Turn 3.

Car 77 goes in a bit deep, Car 27 moves down. more of the cause is car 27's motion than Car 77's deep dive. Racing incident.

The cars piling in behind did enough to avoid. Car 166 gets a virtual cookie for proper traversal through a crash scene.

Ahead of the schemozzle, Car 06 slides a bit, and hits into Car 02. Car 06 then proceeds to ignore the fact that car 96 is slow ahead, and punts him up the boot. No credit here and +2 sessions for #06.

Quote from dekojester :Session 4 Race
Lap 37, 40m15s; Turn 2 exit
Cars 77, 96, 38, 17, 9
Major crash exiting Turn 2.

Car 77 gets a case of the wobbles in T2, slides up the hill, Car 96 nowhere to go. Cars 38 and 17 respond accordingly to the spinning car (slowing/braking) but are unfortunate victims. Car 9 declines to slow and ends up out of bounds. That'll be a Warning to car 9 for failure to heed yellows (a bit of leeway granted with the car to the right side may have partially obscured view)

Quote from dekojester :Session 4 Race
Lap 38, 47m40s: BackStraight
Cars 70, 991, 02, 06
Incident while resuming from red flag.

Car 70 gets pitched by epic lag, after an accordion effect schemozzle, exacerbated by Car 06's (relative) high-speed arrival

Quote from dekojester :Session 4 Race
Lap 42, 53m00s: Turn 1
Cars 06, 02, 92, 16
Contact in Turn 1

Car 06 makes some erratic moves in this area, resulting in a slide. This and other erratic behaviours seen in the sessions results in Car 06 being excluded from the 2010 Kyoto 250.

Quote from dekojester :Following those, then:
Cars 991, 16, 17
More contact into Turn 2

Stackup caused by failure to remember the "Race to the line" rule which will be eliminated. No penalties.

Car 92 however changes view, does some sliding, and takes out Car 59. Extra session required to 92.

Wahey almost through the queue until it builds up again ! Again, sorry this took so long.

Quote :Lap 10, about 13m50s, Turn 1

Cars 08 and 0 get together in T2, then the rest of the field piles in

Car 0 goes for a non-existent hole, spins 08. everyone else piles in except Yann, not really anything else to do. A few cars don't slow much, but no worries, just remember to slow down folks !

Quote :Lap 34, 47m20s, Turn 3 exit

Both 06 and 25 want same piece of real estate, with predictable results. Car 06 excluded from the event anyway, add one session to car 25's requirements

Quote :Plus examination of Cars 06, 24 and 25

06 already excluded as said.

Car 24 provisionally approved - needs to attend more sessions willingly and prove better/cleaner racing before full acceptance.

Car 25 has other sessions required, same conditions as Car 24.

Unless noted otherwise above, all participants get session credit.
At lap 4 (time 6.17.40) I was hit car number 96 S.Baker, who lost control his car after that and driving out of track. I apologize, don't no what i was thinking there

We are conisdering this matter as discussed between the racers after this post and will not issue a penalty, just a reminder to be aware of the queue ahead via visual look or minimap

Car 102 should have been alongside Car 666. Car 72 was not sufficiently ahead of 102 before the line, combined with the misplacement of 102.

When you are set on the grid by LFS after the final car readies up, look about 45 degrees to your left, the car you see on the left just ahead of you is the car you should be alongside. We admins will know and tell you if you are in the incorrect placement.

Car 102 moves down on 30, causing both problems, 102 the most...Car 102 warning for lack of spatial/situational awareness.

Car 27 loses it of own accord in T3, and after correcting starts to turn back for the turn, but 102 comes down as 27 is coming back up. No penalty.

Also:

Incident on Lap 21, about 28:30
Cars 12, 182, 30, 555, 41, 72, 96, etc

Car 12 cuts down on 182 into T3, 182 was holding line. 12 slides back up, recovers, go back to the inside, and hits/gets hit by 30. 30 fails to hold brake, slides back up into 555 and 41, then 72 gets collected. 96 slows to avoid, 33 collects him.. 59 involved also, just barely clipped by a sideways car, keeps it straight though. 102 loses it trying to avoid.

Car 12 already lost session credit for failure to follow inlap procedure, the start of the incident is caused by lack of situational awareness from him, giving him an extra session.

And:
Lap 25, about 35:15
Cars 102, 72, 33, 96

Car 72 goes for a gap, but doesn't pull far enough right, minor contact with 102, then loses it a bit into Car 102 again, then both slide. 72 to right, 102 to left. 72 collects 33, 96 caught up lightly. Incident was started by lack of situational/spatial awareness from Car 72...1 additional session required.

Unless noted above, all cars receive session credit.

All cars for Sessions 7, 8 and 9 receive session credit.
