PVM's and clustering
I did not know of such software as the application netlib offers until now.

Initially I was looking for a way to host a LFS server with emphasis being on ability to host multiple AI. with decent hardware lacking I need to find the most efficient way to spread the computing load that the LFS AI demand.

Does anybody here have experience using PVM's?

PVM is not what you think it is probably. It shouldn't be confused with software like VirtualBox or VMware. PVM is just a library and API for writing parallel programs and a console for managing "nodes" on which these programs can run.
