Any PES lovers here among LFS users? First time this year i'm playing online, so if anyone thinks he's good, add me (PSN: BorisLozac)

This year's version is one mixed bag, as for shooting and player individuality it's the best one so far, net physics are awesome, it's just such a joy when you score.. On the other hand, there's some kind of delay in commands now, which is kinda realistic you could say, but they may overdone it a bit.. it's something you can get used to though...
yup, hi there. playing it on the computer though.
abortioned matches are quite a problem unfortunately, otherwise it's quite a fun game.

Yea, i've heard the PC version has Intel/AMD problems, when people with Intel play against people with AMD, and vice versa.. There must be a patch coming soon as that is just unacceptable.. PS3 version works great online though, i have a crapy 1mb/128kb connection and like 80% of matches have been lagless online..

First DLC/Patch (Free) is out on thursday probably, with some rumored surprises (more Champions League teams, new rosters, etc.. )
Maybe I'll get it for christmas (PS3)
I have yet to have a football game on the PS3, and I play once in a while, so maybe.

Naturally I would want to buy it, but reviews say the real game has much faster pace than the demo, I was quite happy with the demo actually and I am more inclined to a more realistic pace with fewer scores, and more emphasis on defending. So without knowing how the actual game is I am holding off my purchase for now.

PES is the only choice on PC really, the FIFA PC version is a lame excuse for a game.

I'll tell you right now, it's a taad faster then the demo, but it's nothing major. The response issue is almost ironed out, and it reacts much better now, there's still some delay, but i guess that's better then super-human reactions and shots from previous versions.

About FIFA, the console version is also not something to lose sleep about. It is technically good, but it lacks that football "spirit" that PES has, there's almost no player individuality, you can easily mix up C. Ronaldo and M. Diarra, i kid you not.. and every team seems to play the same kind of football. Not to mention the "meh" feeling after scoring a goal.. they just can't get it right..
But let's not make this a PES vs FIFA thread..

there is no doubt which of the two is the better football experience anyway.

JJ72, if you liked the demo you will also enjoy the final game. buy it, or get to test it somewhere. it's worth a try, isn't it?
