I think i found sth:

1. The RB4 & RAC have no wipers;
2. The wipers should change -if u change the drivers position- but they don't

LFS does not have any kind of weather incorporated into it ATM anyway, so it doesn't really matter does it, really?

Plus as far as i am aware, the wipers arent on different sides in real life weather the car is RHD or LHD.

silline15 - I already posted this, and Scawen told me that some cars in UK have the wippers wrong (Clio II), and that he would't bother to change it because it's a very minor issue.
