In photoshop, Photo cooling filter (LBB) with about 15% of Density to be precise

I've had this LFS image in my PC for a year and I decided to show it to you The hardest part was the image size; my screen resolution is 1280x1024 pixels, while the full image dimensions are 4745x3796 pixels. I had to take several screenshots of small FOV angles and assemble them together like a puzzle. Then I edited it a bit - added some blur and did some tweaks.
