But it looks like a 3D rendered concept car.

I remember seeing that car in a car magazine. it's not a TVR, it's a shed-built american car with powerful influences from the AC Cobra.

Will tell you it's name if I find that magazine.

Ah-ha, I knew it's name was B(something) Blade!

Me wanted to say Bane Blade from the beginning but then I realized that's a tank in a game.
